

Made sodium citrate with lemon juice and baking soda. Heated that with a little milk then slowly whisked in the Munster and mozzarella until smooth. I added some black pepper, nutritional yeast, and msg to the mix then put it into a glass dish. It set up in the fridge over night and I sliced it tonight to make this.
